To Place an Order

Click on “Add to Cart” to any item you would like to purchase and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. To complete the order, click on the shopping bag icon, located at the top right header of any IvyCove.com page. After making any changes and updating quantities as desired, click “checkout” to be directed to the checkout page. Please carefully review your order before placing it. Once your order is submitted, we are unable to modify or cancel it.

Order Status and Confirmation

When you place an order with Ivy Cove you will be provided an order number and receive a confirmation email that details your order summary. You may check the status of your order at any time by clicking here or by logging into your account at IvyCove.com. To track an order, you may log onto your account at IvyCove.com or check the status of your delivery with the(UPS or FedEx) tracking number assigned to you when shipped.


Sales Tax

Ivy Cove is required to collect sales tax for all purchases made and shipped within the State of California. State laws vary and most ecommerce purchases made and shipped outside of the State of California require the purchaser claim and pay sales tax within their applicable state. You may contact your state’s sales tax office for further information. Please note, Ivy Cove may be required to collect tax on shipping charges where applicable.

For international shipping destinations, duties and taxes are determined by the local customs agency of the country where the items are being shipped to. Although it is not always applicable, duties and taxes are based on the value of the items purchased and imported into the destination country. Payment of any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and fees will be collected at the time of delivery.
